I do not recommend buying from this company

I do not recommend buying from this company. I ordered 2 remote controls and paid through PayPal. Lightdot reports to you a FedEx tracking number which is really a UPS tracking number. When the UPS box finally arrived it had been torn open and one of the remote controls was missing. I attempted many times to contact Lightdot sales or customer service to resolve this with absolutely no response from Lighdot. Eventually I went back to PayPal and they refunded the cost of one remote control. I then went back to Lightdot and ordered another remote control to replace the missing one. That order has been open for 1 week now and it still has not shipped, with no update from Lightdot. It seems impossible to get in touch with anyone for customer service.
